RETURNS POLICY

ARTWORK RETURNS
Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on prints or original works of art simply for change of mind.

All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process. In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside.

From the moment an original piece is made, it begins to age, as all things do. This is because both the paint film and priming lose flexibility and become brittle as time passes. Expansion and contraction of the fabric support, due to absorption and release of moisture from the air, adds further strain which can lead to crack formation. I do not accept any returns based on artwork aging.

Send images to
hello@annarutledge.studio and I will replace your print with an identical one. For originals and commission work that may be damaged during transit, I will replace it with a commission.

SHOP MERCHANDISE RETURNS

Returns on merchandise is accepted for items that have been damaged in transit, if an item is not suitable for you (for example, if it does not fit or irritates your skin).

For damaged items in transit please email images to
hello@annarutledge.studio and I will replace your item with an identical one. If the item is no longer available, I will contact you with a suggestion of the closest item and if that is not suitable a refund will be issued.
