ARTIST · TATTOOER · WRITER
Creating from
the heart, for hearts.
Art, ink, and words become ways to tell meaningful stories—rooted in faith, restoration, and the belief that what has been broken can hold new meaning, purpose, and life.
That all things can be recreated.

HELLO,
NICE TO MEET YOU!
I’m Anna Rutledge.
I'm an artist, tattooer, and writer who believes creativity can tell the truth, hold our stories, and make something meaningful from what we've lived through.
I work in ink, illustration, and words—and I'm not afraid of the raw parts: the beautiful, the broken, the complicated, and the still-being-healed. My faith is at the center of how I see it all, and restoration finds its way into nearly everything I create.
Most days, you'll find me creating from home in Minnesota with my husband, daughter, and my giant baby of a Great Dane nearby—or tattooing at Lady Liberty Tattoo. I also founded Anchor 13 Studio, a nonprofit using creativity to point hearts toward healing and restoration.
